Content Creator Lead
As Content Creator Lead at Camp America, I was responsible for driving content creation and managing social media across multiple platforms. I developed new brand guidelines and promotional materials, designed and launched a new website, and led comprehensive marketing campaigns. Additionally, I produced and featured in a documentary about camp life, overseeing its creative direction, marketing, and premiere. My role also involved recruitment efforts, managing influencer partnerships, and hosting a podcast, demonstrating a broad range of marketing and leadership skills.

Social Media channels
Throughout my time as Content Creator lead I grew our Tiktok account from 40k followers to 82.1k followers in a 8 months reaching 1.4 million views.

I monitored trends ensuring that our content stayed relevant and creating engaging, information content using both Premiere Pro and Capcut.
​
I also manage the Instagram account which has continued to grow and have a high engagement rate. I create, edit and post the content ensuring all is on brand and appealing to our audience.

As well as managing the social media platforms I have also formed and nurtured our Content Creator network, building it scratch.

My role at Camp America also involves lots of design work. Above you can see some examples of printed posters I have designed but I have also designed other promotional materials such as stickers, banners, t-shirts and wall planners.


Website production and Hubspot

I assisted in the production of the new Camp America website, and was specifically involved in the design aspect.
I worked closely with HubSpot to update landing pages and campaigns to ensure leads where continuing to grow and used lead scoring to review them and target our marketing better.
Documentary Production
I played a pivotal role in the creation of a documentary that showcased the experience of working at a summer camp. I not only featured in the documentary but also contributed significantly to its creative direction, ensuring the narrative aligned with the brand’s mission and vision. I was responsible for running the marketing strategy for the documentary, including creating and executing social media campaigns, email marketing, and paid advertisements to maximize its reach.
I planned, promoted and hosted the premiere of the documentary which was held at Electric Cinema in Notting Hill.

Podcast production

As podcast host and producer I was responsible for planning, filming, executing and editing our podcast. ​

I also monitored the success through buzzsprout and analysed our performance on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and also through Youtube.

360 degree campaigns
I was responsible for executing and monitoring 360-degree campaigns for holidays, including emails through CRM, social posts, giveaways, and reels.
